NAIFA Member since 1979, Tony has served on multiple committees. He's served served on NAIFA Delaware Board for the Charitable Foundation to work on fundraising events which fund the Carl Hill Charitable Scholarship Foundation. Most recently he's served as Northeast Regional IFAPAC Chairperson and currently as Chairperson of NAIFA Delaware IFAPAC. Tony is honored to have received the Douglas Bennetti Award, the Palmer Award, and the Bobo Award all while serving NAIFA Delaware in various leadership roles.

Stan Minka started his financial services career in 1977 with MetLife and currently works as a Financial Services Representative at Creative Financial Group, Stan very much enjoys his role in mentoring his team. He focuses his practice on retirement and estate planning for many of his “baby boom” clients and friends.

Adam Necelis, CPA
NAIFA Delaware Treasurer
Adam R. Necelis, CPA discovered his passion for preparing income tax returns while attending Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ. During his time at Rowan, Adam volunteered with the IRS's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, which offers basic tax preparation services for students, elderly, and other qualifying individuals.
Upon graduating, Adam started working in public accounting where he specializes in tax compliance and planning for his clients, both individuals and businesses. Adam has worked with a wide variety of clients from the retired couple who is receiving Social Security income to the multi-million dollar corporations and everyone in between.
Adam is a member of the Delaware Society of CPAs, American Institute of CPAs, New Jersey Society of CPAs, and a board member of NAIFA Delaware.
